Beyond The Crest
Following the Wave Back to Ourselves
Playa Coyte, Costa Rica
6 day, 5 night immersive retreat from June 28 - July 03, 2027
WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR?
You do not need previous experience with yoga, meditation, art or ritual. You do not need to arrive with a particular intention or be in the middle of a major life transition.
Maybe you have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, or moving toward the next milestone. Maybe you have a strong understanding of yourself but long for opportunities to bring that understanding into your body, relationships and everyday choices. Maybe you are navigating change, questioning familiar roles, reconnecting with creativity, or simply longing for space away from the noise.
Only a willingness to be curious about yourself and open to the experience

Co-Facilitators
Carly Bassett
Connection, Care and Community. Carly brings an intentional focus on relationship, nurturing, creativity, play, and the ways we experience belonging. Her approach helps create opportunities for participants to feel welcomed, witnessed and cared for, while making room for the organic connections that often become some of the most meaningful parts of a retreat.
Justine Henderson
Movement, Creativity and Alignment. Justine weaves yoga, yoga philosophy, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, creativity and nature into experiences centered on self-trust and alignment. Her work explores the relationship between our values and our choices, inviting participants to move, create and see themselves through a lens of curiosity rather than expectation.
Favi Parrilla
Intuition, Sound and Ritual. Favi brings sound, ritual, tarot, energetic practices, meditation and symbolic exploration into spaces of reflection and self-discovery. Her offerings invite curiosity around intuition, authenticity, compassion and the ways we make meaning from our experiences, creating room for participants to explore their own inner language.
Brooke Senior
Mindfulness and Embodied Exploration. Brooke brings a psychologically informed approach rooted in mindfulness, experiential learning, emotional awareness and embodied practice. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, her offerings invite participants to explore values, self-compassion, psychological flexibility and choice through accessible experiences rather than traditional classroom learning. Retreat programming is educational and experiential, not psychotherapy.

What you may carry home
We are not promising that six days will change your life. We are creating space for experiences that may change how you relate to it.
Perhaps you leave with a clearer understanding of what matters to you. A new appreciation for rest. A creative practice you want to continue. A little more trust in your ability to meet uncertainty. A friendship. A memory of moving freely, laughing deeply, or sitting quietly beside the ocean.
Perhaps you simply remember that you are allowed to move through life in seasons, to change direction, to pause, to receive, and to begin again.
The wave does not lose itself when it returns to the sea.
